The MCCE Summer Tech Summit is here again and we cannot wait to explore, discover and focus on PURPOSE with you!
This year's Summit will take place in the new Lockwood High School. We have some amazing sessions and surprises in store!​

Daily Schedule
Session 1: Tuesday, 8 am - 10:00 am
Session 2: Tuesday, 10:15 am - 12:15 pm
Session 3: Tuesday, 1:30 pm - 3:30 pm
Session 4: Wednesday, 8 am - 10:00 am
Session 5: Wednesday, 10:15 am - 12:15 pm
Session 6: Wednesday, 1:30 pm - 3:15 pm
Wrap-up/Prizes: Wednesday, 3:15 pm - 3:30 pm
On Wednesday, we will wrap up our sessions at 3:15 to congregate for credit paperwork and prizes.

Don't you just love the MCCE Summer Tech Summit? That opportunity to have time and guidance in learning how to use a digital tool is priceless!
What makes this event different? Well, besides the great price, you have the opportunity to explore and create after you have been shown the digital tool(s). You are guided by educators (and students) who have used the tools in teaching and learning. You also have ample opportunity to meet other educators and build a network of colleagues to share ideas and resources.
One of our favorite things about the summit, besides hanging out with some very cool people, is the PRIZES! ! Be sure to stick around until Wednesday afternoon for the prizes!
HOW DOES THE SUMMIT WORK?
SESSIONS
Each session is 2 hours long. Why? To allow for a little bit of teaching, and a whole lot of exploring and creating with assistance. There are 3 sessions each day and you'll have an hour and fifteen minutes for lunch.

BYOD
Bring your own device: we do recommend a laptop for all sessions, but bring your iPad/tablet and phone, too, as many of the tools we explore will have mobile options. Don't forget your power cords, USB cables, and any other support equipment you might need.

ATTENDANCE
Please be sure to sign in at each session. If your name is not on the attendance sheet, you will not get credit for that time. It is super, duper important to sign in. At the end of the summit, we will count your attendance hours and provide you with an OPI certificate. Please be sure to stick around so we aren't mailing a bunch of papers!
